Please be sure to review all proofs very carefully for accuracy of wording, counts and papers. What you see here is exactly what will print, so please bring any necessary changes or missing elements to our attention right away using the Proof Change/Approval Form. Changes can be extremely expensive once your order goes into production and can even require a total reprint at full price. Additionally, please note that colors can vary widely depending on your screen, so please be sure to refer to your ink card + swatch book for accurate colors. Thank you!

proofing: Proof changes submitted via the proof form above are processed in 48-72 business hours.
We apologize but due to the volume of orders we receive, changes sent by email/phone will not be processed.
production: Orders go into production every Monday and typically ship 7-10 business days later.
sign-off deadline: To be included in Monday's run, sign off is due by 5 PM EST the previous Wednesday.
address deadline: Your Guest Address List (if applicable) is also due Wednesday at 5 PM EST. If you will be
unable to meet the deadlines above, please contact us so we can work together to avoid any rush fees, shipping fees etc.
shipping: We ship via UPS ground which can take up to 6 business days depending on your zip code.
rush service: In some cases, Rush Service may be available for a fee. Please contact us for details.
rush shipping: We strongly suggest making sure to have your sign off and lists in by your due dates to avoid
needing to expedite, but we’re always happy to give you an estimate upon request.
guest addresses: Addresses must be in our excel template, properly formatted. Click here to download.
placecard names: Names must also be in our excel template, properly formatted. Click here to download.
billing: We require a minimum 50% deposit to begin work. Balances are automatically charged when first proofs are sent.
reorders: Reorder minimum is 75 pieces so we recommend ordering at least 10-15 extras to be safe.
